Welcome to our Online Store. We are happy to have you purchase from our online store, and encourage you to purchase from your local health and supplement type stores where Cedar Bear, and Liquid Herbal Supplements are sold. If you have a favorite store that is looking to buy for you, we would love to hear from them.
We normally process orders within 4 business days of receipt, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Orders are fulfilled on a first in first out basis.
We are the manufacturer, and occasionally, backorders may happen.
Online orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority, and UPS Ground.
We offer Free USPS Ground Advantage shipping on orders over $85.00 (cart subtotal) within the Continental US.
UPS 3rd Day, 2nd Day & Next Day Air are available upon request.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other US territories are exceptions to the above: no rush deliveries.
For International shipping, you will be charged an applicable package weight/size Fee. We offer USPS First Class and Priority International, UPS Worldwide Saver, and UPS Worldwide Expedited. Customs Duties and/or VAT fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Cedar Bear Naturales, Inc. WILL NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR COLLECTING OR PAYING THESE FEES.
Our store is tied directly to UPS and USPS to determine our shipping costs for our boxes of products based on the weight of the product and the minimum shipping box size based on the order.
We are the manufacturer of our products, so if an item is in the process of being made, we will alert you of any backorder status. Orders of products that are already manufactured and, in our inventory, will be fulfilled within 4 business days. Shipment time is determined by how fast the shipping carriers usually take to ship orders. We do try to get orders in and out quickly.
Any orders being made for 2nd day or 3rd-day shipping are not guaranteed to be shipped out the same day as the order is placed. Ordering times for second and third-day shipping are Monday through Friday by 1 pm MST. Our manufacturing is located further away from the shipping hubs and does not have a same-day shipment option or an evening shipment option. All orders placed after 1 pm Monday through Friday will count as the next business day, since that is when our delivery pickups happen.
SAME DAY SHIPPING/RUSH ORDERS/EXPEDITED SHIPPING:
A Rush Order must be received by 10:00 a.m. MST (Mountain Standard Time) to go out the same day.
USPS does not offer a true overnight from our manufacturing location.
UPS does offer Next Day Air shipping from the manufacturing location.
Rush Order requests for same-day shipping are only available for products in the sizes that are Currently in stock. (Special Order items and sizes that require Special Bottling and are not available for same-day shipping.)
Expedited Shipping Orders will be charged accordingly
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE:
We want you to be happy with your purchases from Cedar Bear, and your satisfaction as a customer is important to us and we will do our best to resolve any problems as quickly and easily as possible. If you are not satisfied, you can return the product with proof of purchase for a replacement or product credit.

We are available over the phone Monday through Friday from 9 am to 2:30 pm MST or reach us anytime through email for any questions or concerns!
If the product is returned for product quality issues, please detail the product's problem in a written document accompanying the returned product for Cedar Bear to investigate and review.
If the product is being returned for product credit or replacement, the returned product must be received by Cedar Bear unbroken and unopened and within the expiration date to be accepted. No product credit will be issued for a product that is past the expiration date on the label.
A 20% restocking fee will be applied (unless the product is returned for Product Quality Issues).
No cash refunds and/or credit card chargebacks will be given for returned merchandise.
Product Name, Size, Lot Number, Expiration Date, date, and reason for customer return. Returns for PRODUCT QUALITY ISSUES must be returned to Cedar Bear.
Request for credit on Returns must be received by Cedar Bear within the month of the return.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS:
Cedar Bear shipping personnel go to great lengths to properly package your order. While uncommon, occasionally a package may be damaged during shipping. Please report damaged goods immediately and save the original packaging in the event that a claim has to be filed.

Because of the nature of sourcing natural herbs and materials for Cedar Bear products, price changes do occasionally happen, and prices are subject to change without notice. Prices posted do not include shipping charges, special handling, or taxes.
