White Oak Bark
White oak bark has tannins that help tone vein tissues and support kidney function, and has a cleansing action for respiratory and digestive systems. Used by Native American tribes and early American settlers for digestive needs. White Oak is a hardwood tree that is used for furniture and to make wine barrels because it resists rot.
