The underlying principles of the Key–To–Life paradigm, upon which the Genuine TincTract® Made brand technology is based, was transmitted to Mr. Robinson by a Maori Tahunga (traditional healer) in 1973/74, and in 1982 the Key–To–Life, as a model, came for him as an epiphany with the 1st generation TincTract® process being conceived and developed in the same year. A nutshell description of the Genuine TincTract® Made processing technology follows.
First, this serialized multi-step processing technology starts out with a step that stabilizes the intrinsic biological activity of a botanical's constituents and stops REDOX activity so that the raw botanical can be effectively and thoroughly liquid processed. Secondly, that step is followed by a sustained low impact 'critical' tincturing'type (cold) processing step that takes 10 to 60 days or more (depending on the herb or herb part used) that cold extracts the heat (and alcohol) sensitive constituents and preserves their biological viability, including enzyme potential, vitamins/co-factors, fragile high note aromatics and the important subtle energetic profiles that distinguishes a "Genuine TincTract® Made" product from all others . Thirdly, that step is then followed by a dynamic 'super-critical' extractive type step that removes and captures more essential aromatic components and resinoids, high density polysaccharides, sterols (lipids and waxes), amino complexes, etc., all in their synergistic ratio-intact poly-constituent state. (These constituents, especially the heavy ones, are not visually ascertained in other companies glycerite products, but are visually ascertained in a glycerite based "Genuine TincTract® Made" 'true' alcohol-free brand product.) Finally, that step is followed by a 'sustained' decoction type reduction step that clarifies and concentrates trace compounds and bitter elements that are hardest to remove from a plant's cellulotic and protein fixed matrix structure that the prior steps do not obtain. (If this clarifying and concentrating step is dispensed with and not done then it is not a TincTract® based process in any sense of the term.)
In between each of the afore described "Genuine TincTract® Made" brand liquid procesing steps we utilize a custom made high pressure press (all parts that come in contact with the processed product are NSF certified stainless steel) that exerts a whopping 20 tons PSI of slow delivered pressure (no heat generated) to thoroughly press the processed herb before it goes to a next step... all done under cGMP/HACCP compliant and stringent Kosher certified standards.
After all that, the fluid extracts derived from these different steps are mixed together. To this is added our proprietary all-natural organic microfractionated mB!™ polycolloidal trace mineral complex (also referred to as micro-fractionated ionic liquid trace minerals) for enhancing a product's intrinsic elemental potential and to enhance the finished product's steric hinderance/resistance based stability.
