*Customer must call 1-888-854-3727 and request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number for product being returned. Said RMA # must be plainly written on topside of package in which product is being returned. A copy of the emailed receipt for the purchase transaction (stating the actual transaction number and PayPal account's ID number of the person who made the purchase) must also accompany the package. If a returned package does not have RMA # or if package and/or contents are damaged, the package will be refused and sent back to customer (It is suggested that customer insure package against damage and/or breakage and/or loss).
