Intended for professional (practitioner) in-clinic blending & dispensary-based sales only, the Dispensary Based Sales program of TincTract® Single Herb Concentrates are deep discount priced and sold on an initial dispensary stock-up basis, meaning that a practitioner is required to make an initial investment into purchasing the necessary number of different single concentrates that makes up a TincTract® based Apothecary to benefit from the practitioner/apothecary deep discount price schedule.
TincTract® single herb concentrates are sold in 8 oz, 16 oz, and 32 oz sized containers. (1 gallon containers are available, but not as part of the Apothecary initial purchase/repurchase program/policy and so are adjunct purchased additionally to the following policy.) Different bottle sizes can be mixed in an order (i.e. eight 8 oz, three 16 oz and one 32 oz, etc.) with different TincTract® singles intermixed if desired. From a mathematical construct derived from independent 3rd party lab analyses and industry implied ratio-based efficacy expectations, the TincTract® single herb concentrates possess a 5/1 (5-to-1) herb/fluid (herb-to-fluid) ratio equivalency. For a Practitioner/Apothecary account to benefit from the special pricing schedule the following applies: • All purchases must meet the afore detailed minimum purchase policy, otherwise, orders not meeting the minimum repurchase policy will be charged the standard retail brand wholesale discount off the published MSRP for Cedar Bear Naturales™ retail brand single TincTract® brand liquid herbal concentrates respectively. • For adjunct purchased gallon orders to qualify for deep discount pricing, gallon(s) purchase must be placed, additionally to minimum purchase/repurchase policy, at time a standard order for Practitioner/Apothecary purchase is being made. • No 'backorders' taken – please reorder out-of-stock products on next order placed. • Shipping/Handling charges are additional to product purchase price and to be paid at time order is paid by Practitioner/Apothecary account. • Special order botanicals not currently being processed by CBN™ will be charged an additional per bottle & per order surcharge to be added to invoice order total. • A fee will be charged for adding a botanical to CBN™ 'Schedule A' ingredient list that is not on said Schedule A ingredient list (of which said botanical will not be dealt with by CBN™ until it is on its Schedule A ingredient list). • Mixing bottle sizes and different TincTract® singles per order is allowed. Due to special deep discount pricing schedule all orders paid with credit card will automatically be charged an additional 4% of total invoice amount paid with credit card. Checks or money orders are welcome and orders will be processed upon clearing of funds with Cedar Bear Naturales™ bank. After ordering/payment history has been established with Cedar Bear Naturales™, payment terms of 7 days from order/invoice date may be extended to a practitioner/apothecary account upon approval by Cedar Bear Naturales™.
• Practitioner/Apothecary Dispensary Account Qualifications – To qualify, one of the following must be presented at time account is set up: a State issued profession's license, or, a graduate diploma, or, verifiable transcripts (for non-graduate individuals desirous to be considered), or, proof of enrollment if currently a student in related herbal/health-care studies, or, registrations/certifications and/or certificates-of-completion for relevant herbal-based studies, or, if self-taught based – a personal study/work file (that must contain the following: years and work history as a practitioner; relevant coursework/studies (if any); relevant texts studied and referred to; and two (2) letters of recommendation from non-family related primary or complementary health care practitioners who have themselves been in practice for over 2 years). American Herbalists Guild (AHG) members (either past or present), both professional & general, (or equivalent Canadian/British status) are automatically accepted upon verification of membership. Membership (either past or present) in other practitioner trade organizations may be considered for qualifying an applicant upon review of said other organization and verification of membership with that organization. CBN™ reserves the right to refuse anyone applying for Practitioner/Apothecary account status and has the right to disqualify an existing account and remove said account from active purchasing status.
